To Whom it May Concern: Recently I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Marc Levitt, owner of Next Level Industries, at the office of my physical therapist. I had torn my rotator cuff and was receiving therapy. At the end of my sessions I was able to use an Onlux cold compression machine provided by Mr. Levitt's company. This machine was extremely helpful in relieving pain that I had from surgery and from my rehabilitation therapy. Mr. Levitt provided me with an Onlux cold therapy machine to use at home. The Onlux helped me so much because I could use it after I continued my prescribed exercises at home. It also meant my therapist could spend more time working with me because they knew I could use the machine after I got home. That freed up time to do therapy and gave me a longer time to use the machine to relieve pain.
